When you place an order on our website, you will view an order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email from USA Stock Car. This page and email confirm receipt of your order and its details; they do not form a contract to a sale at this point. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase product/products, which is accepted by us at the point when we debit your card and dispatch the goods to you.
The images and copy which appear on our website & eBay Store are the copyright of USA Stock Car. They may not be used, copied or reproduced in any form whatsoever without our express written permission.
We do allow our images to be used copyright free at a cost of £100 per image. Should these images be used without permission, we reserve the right to increase the charge to £500. Any enquiries please email sales@usastockcar.co.uk.
Try as we might, there may be occasions when a product will be mispriced on our website. Please be assured that we verify prices as part of our despatch procedure.
If a product's correct price is lower than advertised on our site you will be charged the lower price. If a product's correct price is higher than advertised on our site, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Prices currently include VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.
USA Stock Car would like to make returning your item for a refund or exchange as easy as possible. Please follow the instructions below for your particular request.
For all types of returns simply complete the returns form which can be found with your invoice and return it with the goods. This must be within 7 days of receipt of goods.
For goods returned from outside the EEC the following must be written legibly on both the packaging and customs declaration. 'MAIL ORDER GOODS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE - DO NOT CHARGE DUTY'
Please make sure the item is returned protected during transit with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent. All items being returned for exchange / refund must reach us in a re-saleable condition which includes their immediate outer packaging and any tags, labels still attached.
We recommend that you request a 'Proof of Posting' from your Post Office which they will issue to you free of charge. Please retain this certificate until you have received your replacement item or refund. If you are unable to provide this certificate, we will be unable to process a replacement or refund if we do not receive the faulty item. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods until they reach us. If the goods are too heavy for a 2nd Class Service then a Standard Parcel service should be used.
Returns may take up to 10 days to be processed after arriving with us, and refunds may take up to 14 days to clear. When your return has been processed for an exchange or replacement we will inform you by letter or e-mail.
If a replacement item is out of stock then we will advise you by letter or email.
If your goods have arrived with a manufacturing defect, or are inherently faulty, please return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt where we will be happy to process an exchange (where possible) or refund.
If you suspect that your goods have been damaged whilst in transit, we would ask you to report this within 3 days of receipt so that a claim may be made against our couriers.

We would then ask that the goods be returned to us within 14 days of receipt where we will be happy to process an exchange (where possible) or refund.
